We have ranched out to a small flock of turkeys for Thanksgiving yearly. Pasture raised and active this turkey has a full flavor you will never forget.
On Farm Processing
We process all of our birds on our farm to reduce any stress they will experience.
Our first year of raising turkeys we had 16-38 pound processed birds. The large birds are as tender and flavorful as the smaller ones. We are hoping to keep them closer to the 16-25 pound range for the future.
